String Cheese




































































A fun salad of Armenian string cheese (found in Middle eastern supermarkets and grocers) Layered with fresh tomato and mint.

The string cheese has to be soaked briefly to remove the salt and tenderize, it is fresh, briny and stretchy... and has a hint of black seed flavour (due to the seeds present in between the strands)

It's absolutely delicious and this is a wonderful way to enjoy it!
