Quinoa - Super food!

To make a quinoa salad toss the cooked quinoa (cooled) with chopped tomato, parsley, mint leaves, red onions and drizzle with your favourite salad dressing of a light dressing of olive oil, lemon juice, salt and black pepper. It's that easy! Add dill, cilantro, or any vegetables to taste.
