Korean BBQ

Here's a great flavourful sauce to have on hand.

It's made by President's choice as part of the "Memories of.. " collection and it's probably my favourite one.

Here I've taken those easy fry strips of beef and fried them up in a pan (browning nicely) then all I had to do was add a bit of this balanced sauce and it was ready.

Serve with udon noodles and sauteed mushrooms (oyster mushrooms here) with fresh snow peas and bean sprouts.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds for a nice touch.

If you can't get your hands on the sauce or if you want to try the original Korean recipe look for a good asian pear marinade, here's one

I haven't tried a homemade version but if I do I'll definitely let you know.
