5 minute pasta sauce

I love this summer dish! It whips up in seconds.

Found this recipe on allrecipes in my early teens and made it from time to time.

Can of whole tomatoes or fresh peeled tomatoes.

Garlic (enough to flavour it but not become overpowering)

Fresh black pepper
Olive oil

Mix the tomato with the garlic and taste, it should be fresh but not overpowering. Season and drizzle with olive oil.

Add fresh herbs like oregano or basil and toss with warm freshly boiled and strained pasta.
