Kebobs


Kebobs

Good sirloin beef steak, cut in big pieces to fit on skewer.

Lemon juice

Greek oregano

Olive oil

Salt

Put the pieces of meat in a bowl, sprinkle some lemon juice over (fresh squeezed lemon) Salt, and greek oregano.

Cover and let marinade for 10 mins or so while heating up the grill or BBQ.

*If using skewers made of wood soak them in water at this point.

Drizzle olive oil onto the meat and mix to coat. Now begin skewering the meat onto the pre-soaked wood skewers or metal skewers.

Grill for a few minutes on each side until browned but still light pink inside.

Enjoy with pita or any sides.
