1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp Sesame oil
1 tsp sesame seeds (toasted)
Korean red pepper flakes
1 tbsp oil

In a pot:
Heat the 1 tbsp oil and add the mixed veggies, fry around until coated and add water (or stock).
Cover and steam. Add soy sauce and sesame oil, crush sesame seeds between fingers and add, toss, and korean flakes are optional for heat.
Serve with white rice.
