Spinach Walnut Pesto

Orzo pasta tossed with a fresh spinach/walnut pesto, roasted red peppers, sundried tomatoes, parmigiano reggiano and fresh parsley!

Olive pesto pasta

For this recipe you'll need a nice meaty olive (kalamata will do)

Chop the olives nice and fine, mix with a bit of pesto and olive oil.

Leave some olives whole and toss the whole mixture with fresh boiled pasta.
