Fruit Salad

Fresh strawberries topped with a basil whipped cream (cream is lightly infused with basil)

To infuse a cream heat the heavy cream with the herb in it for a few minutes then cool down and whip.

Turnovers

Premade puff pastry

Thaw overnight in fridge.

Your favourite jams or fruit preserves.

For triangles:

Cut the sheet into 4 and put a bit of fruit in the middle of each square. Fold over and use a fork to press and seal the edges closed.

Egg wash and sprinkle with sugar.

For the squares below:

Cut the sheet in 4 or 6 depending on how big the pastry sheet is.

Fill each square and leave one square to cover, cut a shape out using a cookie cutter then put this sheet on top of the one with jam as a lid. Seal the edges.

Bake according to package and enjoy!

Be careful the fruit inside is hot!
